Merger acquisition with an ASSET is confirmed in the share cancellation documents GS uploaded yesterday.

2nd FS will most likely be cancelled and the final public float will be around 38 million

The court has set August 16 to hear the motion to cancel 38,609,485 shares of $SRNW. As no opposition has been filed, we foresee no obstacles in having the court order the cancellation.
