groveswise, if somebody tells you to buy something, lets say a "goose that lays golden eggs", with the promise that it will provide you 4 golden eggs, and lets also add that the person has told you that you must buy it by a certain date to be eligible for those 4 golden eggs, then, after buying this goose, it ends up ony giving you 1 egg, wouldnt you feel like you were ripped off?, in most ethical and legal circles that would be considered, well, fraud.
