I thought you posted "Telling shareholders contemplating the purchase of additional shares to purchase them 3 days prior to September 30, 2004 in order to be a shareholder of record on September 30, 2004. Then not distibuting any such dividend."

Guess I was mistaken...not! Or again you exagerated/mistated facts to make a point...hmmmm, exactly what you allege Sunncomm did.

Again, I received my first dividend...and now, when called on it, you magically got yours too. So if this was such a big concern of yours, since you bought based on the dividend, why did you not sell when you didn't get the second, or the third, or by golly gee the fourth? Your words ring hollow.
