Ok so you don't really want to talk about the NoPain act and its potential to improve BIELs share price.

That's OK, I get it. It is definitely easier to just say its going to be great without actually justifying the opinion.

For answers to the first batch of questions, well, I can’t seem to find my Crystal Ball.

Well, the sarcasm is unwarranted in my opinion. I was asking for your input out of respect. If you believe that the NoPain act is going to benefit BIEL, then you must have some thoughts on how that will happen. Crytal balls aren't required, but some educated guesses might be. Again, I thought your input would be of value.

The second batch of comments can likely best be addressed for you by contacting the Voices for Non-Opioid Choices organization.

Those points don't need to be addressed by the organizations you cite. These are just conditions of the NoPain act (you have read it haven't you? not just the act, but the whole section of the code where it now resides). I added those points because they affect some of the answers in the first set of questions.

I imagine, at the minimum, that members of the coalition see a two-fold benefit once the Act and CMS insurance reimbursement commences….
Less opioid use so less addictions and deaths stressing the health care system, individuals at risk, their families, and all done with immense cost savings via better health care.
Secondly, treatments that work, whether wholly or in an adjunctive capacity, offering safe, non-addictive, lawsuit-avoiding alternatives that would be monetarily attractive choices given CMS placing non-opioid treatments monetarily ON PAR with other separately paid drugs.

Well, that's nice and all, but it has little to nothing to do with how the NoPain act will affect BIELs stock price (you are an investor right?).

If you do know the answers, do share so we can avoid a roundabout to no where.

I have numbers to put into my calculation which will help me make projection of how this opportunity might affect my investment. Are they speculative, yes of course. How do you think any analyst goes about estimating what a stock is going to do in the future. We don't have analysts covering the stock, so I thought you may want to contribute to a rational analysis of the opportunity that you keep claiming is the future of the company.

I was wrong. My bad. I will share my analysis later.
