I also think that is possible.

BUT...How will they determine who should get the funds? If one didn't sign, they most likely gave up hope and sold their shares. THEY are the ones who 'should' get the benefit. OR, will it go to those that bought these , believed to be worthless shares?
Either way, I think it will be a huge mess to figure out for those in that situation.
Hopefully, those that released will be in a 'clearly owned' category, and get paid while the others sort it out?
