Everyone has an Opinion, often a Bias comes with that Opinion

IR confirmed that, "The KT agreement has been modified to no longer grant it exclusivity in North America". This was the obvious speculation several weeks ago when new ActiPatch Retailers in the US started surfacing and pretty much confirmed when the new BIEL Actipatch.com site showed up

I can't help but see this as a negative development. KT now has no real incentive to try harder. My guess is they will sell through whatever inventory they have and walk away. BIEL is now undercutting DonJoy's price as well. As stated several times before, the Wave is KT's only FDA Cleared product, without the Wave they are just a 'Wellness Products company', if KT wants to "walk away' from the Wave why did we see retailers selling a new 720 hour Wave in UK/Asia 2 months ago? More likely KT realized that their 250 hour Wave was a mistake and are fixing that error

It feels like Kelly has decided to focus solely on the RecoveryRx product. Since we don't have an established market ready for the product, the next few quarters could be rough. You said, "If one’s focus is on sales for a quarter or two or more, that’s not seeing the forest for the trees", but it's not that mine or others focus is on the next quarter or two, it's that our focus has been on the next quarter or two for several years now. It's not the forest or the trees that are causing concern, it's the lack of a clear path out of the darkness. BIEL is building a new ActiPatch website, that sure does not sound like "decided to focus solely on the RecoveryRx "
