It took the SEC three years to go over a petition of review, not even a case or appeal. I wonder if they actually did any review. Then they dropped the case as I predicted to avoid litigation. I asked a financial advisor and showed him the statement of dismissal. He said best guess was to avoid litigation. The review took to long and was unnecessary. They had all the power and did NOTHING!!!! Uplist is coming!!! My guess it is part of the deal to avoid litigation. No more protection for the NSS position. The marketplace will provide your fate. Time to start covering and time for new investors to get cheap shares. This is only my opinion and worth just as much as any other opinion. Good luck to all !!!!!
