Like I mentioned, somewhere in the middle is the truth, imo. Myself and others documented here what was available on the public record. One of Zach's relatives (mother/aunt?) is or was associated with Alex Procoppio somehow. She is on search records with the last name Procoppio.
It's my guess that's how Zach was even aware of investing in CUBV? Whether he and Alex have a friendly "relationship" is unknown, except by them. But I find it funny, that Alex's shares (500,000,000 of them) end up in Zach's hands, and they don't know each other, not friends, not family?
You got me, like I said who knows, but that's what's on the surface, and the FUNR complaint filed with the court, and outlined in their filings says the word "nephew."
It was mentioned on this board a long time back, that Zach denied knowing Alex too, something to that effect. But now he's got 500,000,000 free trading shares of Alex's, shares that we were told by CUBV Management would not hit the market as they were working to get these shares cancelled. The court records even talk about those shares in emails from George Morgan to Margaret.
Does Zach deserve those shares because of something Alex did? Not my call. But we do know Zach has already been issued and has sold lots of previous shares into the market, according to the filings.
Yet here we are. The whole thing is like a soap opera. Not trying to disrespect you or anyone Nate. We've had enough drama here, would be nice to reach a legitimate recovery at some point. HL
