Today was a small sign of life. We out performed XBI which is at critical support. Volume is tepid. No buying interest. The whisper is government may start to ease regulatory headwinds to the sector. We are still in a bear market for bio tech. The bulls have a chance to change the trend but the bear is still in firm control. AVXL has lagged the index and needs buyers to appear. Absent news I expect a down day. A key for the market and sector tomorrow is interest rates. Look here at 8:30 AM
