The conflicted tools of institution who seek more shares. they are MM's thats it. The only game for them is the exchange rate.
What they are exchanging is a promise that will never be fulfilled. That promise is an escape hatch that does not exist. The longs hold the keys/shares and no amount of senseless blithering from gourdy and his scout troop of head spinning brain dead doofusess will change that fact.
