The FDA prohibits the promotion of unapproved products.

Dr Elinzano said it was a brakethrough.

The reporter could have mentioned the company but that could have put them in a bad position with regulators as they could question whether the company asked for that as a promotion. Such controversy would delay approval. I don't want that and no real shareholders do either.
