Is this 'institutional investment' of $25.000 really worth the excitement or even discussion. There are/were many private stockholders that probably own/owned more at one time. Let's get back to how are they going to payback over $10,000,000 in note/loans with the financial situation this company is in and where are they going to get the common stock to satisfy all those family note conversions to stock when the authorized shares are just about maxed out? Let's talk about those RED FLAGS. I am all ears as to the solution because I know of a very possible conclusion that might come of it.
