Maybe they're (ENZC) is keeping its PPS down bc if it went up just a little, Shareholders may sell some of their Shares to make a little profit, to free up some much-needed cash for medical & dental expenses that unexpectedly arose, but the Co. wants its Shareholders keeping their original Shares, til the Co. gets it footing & takes off in the wild blue yonder!?
