No one is advocating advertising. Internal communication within the company (a management email to shareholders noting coverage by a mainstream outlet) is not advertising. If the SEC requires a filing related to that and therefore the SEC puts that internal communication out there, then the FDA can complain to the SEC.

Likewise, if NWBO maintained an NWBO In the News section on their website with links that’s not advertising.

Both of the above steps, which do not even dare a PR, are pretty minimal though perhaps in the context of NWBO’s communication they might seem like advertising.

Whoever filed the complaint it was dismissed which just proves my point.
