Thanks for posting this...this is the first time I am really seeing that a Party every critical to our "F&R" of Escrows explicitly state that they are precipitating certain actions in View Of THE the Sept 15th, 2023 "Statute of Limitations Date" for filing Litigation. I guess these Litigations will take some time to be adjudicated But I hope somehow we will start getting some payments from the Trustees (Wells Fargo, US Bank, BNY?), not sure exactly who are the trustees for our P, K & U(Common) escrows but I hope that there is something to this Sept 15th, 2023 Date Thing...
