I think ultimately it will come down to how treatment is handled financially. If the patient must pay the full price of treatment to have the vaccine made in the UK, it may be cheaper to get the full treatment there. On the other hand if there is an origination cost, and that includes first treatment, then a charge for follow on treatments in the US that includes export of the dose from the UK, it would justify that form of treatment, especially if insurance was covering the US treatment.

Either way, until we get FDA approval the treatment will either be for the wealthiest people or those who're successful raising the needed funds.
