PM,

Does it look obvious to everyone? There was no briefing from Cloughesy to Merck between March 2021 and December 2022 which was 21 months. Has Merck lost interest in DCVax-L? Absolutely no. What made Merck remain silent on its SC keytruda nine months after patient enrollment stopped? Has this sort of long-time silence happened before? If we all believe the science of DCVax-L, will the US government believe it too? Would the government reinvigorate the Moonsho program if there is no tangible evidence? Does the government want another setback?

For anyone who doesn't know the company well, certainly it seems like there are a lot of uncertainties. But for anyone who has been staying with the company long enough, he/she should see no uncertainty. Everything is definitive now. I would imagine every true long here would believe that DCVax-L without doubt can cure cancer. Seriously take a look how many tumor-associated peptides that MHC Class 2 molecules can present. Hundreds of them. These molecules will activate CD4 t cells which will result in long-term immune memory. We see solid evidence from three patients that the number of activated t cells after 4 and 8 months are at least 30 or 40 times of the normal level. A layman like me who will fail biology 101 knows this. You don't think the medical professionals know this? That's why I strongly believe what Bright Boy once described: in medical field they all knew DCVax-L works. The NIH new director knew it. The one in charge of the Moonshot knew it. Certainly the government knew it too. That's why I see the current depressing SP is a great opportunity that true long should take advantage of.
