A group of LEHMAN CT holders were contemlplating lawsuit against CT trustee. They were looking for a lead plaintiff from Kentucky who may be CT holder as SOL in that state is actually 15 years

Written and entered into after July 15, 2014: 10 years (K.R.S. § 413.160); Written and entered into before July 15, 2014: 15 years (K.R.S. § 413.090)

I am not sure if it applies here but 15 years SOL is not unusual for certain judgements in some states.
