It is funny that you are unaware of all of this, yet remain comfortable hawking an imminent , major TSOI uptrend for months on end. TSOI management has used the term "ongoing" to characterize the P3 trial MANY times over the course of many months. One official PR alone, however, is enough to constitute a material misstatement/violation. It was not "perceived by [me] to be a false statement" silly, Hindsight has shown that it was, in fact, a false statement (made repeatedly).

Most did not not know for certain what the truth was until Dixon issued his absurd letter in February of 2023. You have no idea when I knew what or when I invested. The fact remains. SEC violations were committed and your moronic attempts at deflection and pathetic pumping doesn't change any of that.
