Since I have a free membership here, I can only send/respond PMs via ihub's happy hour event. I breezed through a few 8ks but didn't notice anything. Like I said, it might be an error because I don't see anything anywhere. Though interesting, it wasn't important enough for me to spend too much time on.

After 3 years of waiting, we still don't know where we stand in all this. It doesn't matter what Saean Group does, "IF" EMPM was abandoned after the lawsuit. I don't believe that's the case, but IF it was, then the EMPM shareholders get absolutely nothing. -That's the bottom line.

I understand why so many here no longer post, have given up, and become jaded after waiting so long. I still haven't given up hope. I continue to be patient, but I do understand after waiting 3 years we should at least know if we are in or out. But if we knew the answer to that, we wouldn't need faith.

It ain't over yet!
