The SEC put a unfair and costly burden on DBMM regarding their accountant. They decided to declare DBMM late in filings. 100s and possibly a 1000 were delinquent in this filing. But the SEC zeroed in on DBMM. Why? The Judge saw right through that and dismissed the case. The SEC had egg on their face because they lost. They then found a way to keep DBMM from trading hoping they would close up shop. DBMM didn’t want to do that and the SEC finally had to give in . Now we are trading again, but a team of bashers are continuing the fight. Almost as though they were now fighting the SEC cause against DBMM. This is something to consider when you do your DD.
