$5 means Denner failed miserably. You can't mince words about it. $5 would be an abject failure.

$5 = $2B = implies $475M of annual revenues (@3.5x revenue).

This would basically be saying "there is nothing more that can be done with Vascepa than where we are today". Europe failed. China failed. BRAVE failed. We have what's left of the U.S., and a few RoW countries."

Saying $5 is acceptable, is basically throwing in the towel.
