Company makes no comment on illegal activities like NSS. They have stated they have no way of knowing as has TA.

Real DBMM Shareholders want to alert new shareholders that DBMM has as a fully reporting company had a Final Dismissal for delayed filings on June 2,2023. Please new and existing supporters encourage reading PR’s,3Q23 10-Q , MD&A particularly, and Shareholder’s Update Link here.

The company is in the digital technology and marketing arena who has won industry awards and repositioning after a series of acknowledged mitigating circumstances , fully supported by long term investors since 2017. All in public information.

The ONLY person ever to acknowledge these "mitigating circumstances" was Foelak. And her ID was given NO WEIGHT by the Board, as it WAS NEVER FINALIZED. The SEC dismissed the OIP because of an internal error. It's right there in black and white. And AGAIN - My post was about the fact that anyone short would have covered their position by now!

Ignore any other non-shareholders false information and irrelevant opinions.
