Pretty much missed all their goals last year ( didn't even give any goals this year) and threw together a last-minute Hail Mary no name deal with another non-revenue company they been working with for years to save face. They upfront money was so insignificant that it did not require an 8k per Marcelli. So Polariton threw them a lifeline for this years ASM with nothing to loose.
