2:43 PM · May 16, 2023 All our financing and investment management deals are still active and underway. It has taken longer due to various reasons that have caused unanticipated delays. Better no more projections but will officially announce when finished to avoid frustration for everyone. GB!

3:37 PM · Apr 28, 2023 We were hoping to close the $200M financing package this week as we already satisfied all the requirements on our part; however, the receiving bank needs to complete its procedure before funds can be credited to our account. We will provide further update when ready. GB!

7:25 AM · Feb 6, 2023 We are sorry that it has taken longer to close the $250M investment package than previously anticipated, but God willing it should materialize in the coming days. We will be able to close the KOTA and Tin Thanh transactions with cash then. We'll keep you posted soon. GB!

9:17 AM · Dec 12, 2022 Henry Fahman is in Belgium today for procedure to close an investment package that can be used for Kota and Tin Thanh Group transactions when completed. We will have update on this in the next few days. God Bless!

5:50 AM · Oct 27, 2022 The Middle East Investors Summit in Abu Dhabi has been very successful. I will go to Turkey early Friday morning to work on the closing of a financing package, expecting to provide our shareholders with update soon.

9:40 AM · Jun 3, 2022 We were planning to have a news release this week but the principals of our partner company got Covid and couldn't get things done as planned. On another note, we have made very good progress with two financing programs and will update soon. Best regards and GB!

I am boarding a flight now and will be in Dubai and Abu Dhabi next week regarding financing. We’ll update on the progress. GB!
