ron?.....hellooooo?......you really need to put a link, or a (IMO) disclaimer behind your post that you have been making for years now unchallenged....you said the you have 'well documented" proof that a DC court awarded WMI for wilful misconduct charges for 307 billion dollars... yet there is no mention of any court that adjudicated this case.... also, there are no news wires that carried this story that you propound daily...the award does not show up in either the GSA, nor the chapter 11 closing document... in fact, JPM was awarded 650 million in damages by WMI for soured MBS by action of settlement of the GSA....so ron, post a link.... naysayers will never believe you, and will hound you until you produce it, or apologize for your hubris in thinking that you can casually slide that assertion by the board and that no one would challenge it.....wake up!!!! .. from this nightmare that you seem to be dreaming...
