When_it comes to_permitting, Nicolas_Grau is_the problem...not the_solution.

Dear Bernardo Larraín, the Minister of Economy Nicolas Grau is currently the most vocal deal-killing member of the Gang-of-7 and we believe he is currently the biggest obstacle to to new businesses/projects getting starting in Chile.
The un-elected Gang of 7 are in rank:
1. Anti-Mining Minister Marcela Hernando for the ultra-communista.
2. Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric. Note: he was elected.
3. Eduardo Bitran from Codelco (hired gun whore Executive).
4. Codelco CEO Maximo Pacheco (decent guy but saw his chance for riches and instead jumped on the band wagon).
5. Minister of Economy Nicolas Grau (note: "best at focking you" used-car salesman in all of Chile).
6. José Miguel Benavente Executive VP of CORFO.
7. Finance Minister Mario Marcel... reluctantly. He will someday disavow/repudiate the Gang of 7 if he runs for president in 2030.
