Now you are confusing outstanding and authorized shares! Really?!?

You asked (TWO TIMES) for AUTHORIZED shares, I replied with AUTHORIZED shares!
Share buybacks reduce the OUTSTANDING shares, not the AUTHORIZED!

COOP started with some 92M or 94M OUTSTANDING (I will look up the correct number now) and now they are at only 66,848,546 as of July 20 (see today's 10-Q, first page ===> https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000093313623000075/coop-20230630.htm)

I agree IT WAS ORIGINALLY 300 mill but since COOP has bought about 39 mill back and you suggest that they in FACT have been CANCELLED upon buy back what is the number today?????
They were either cancelled or put back in TREASURY STOCK one or the other

Just trying to see IF IF IF IN FACT they have been cancelled or put back in TREASURY
