Reverse Mergers & Low Float Plays

BGLC...still no additional activity in my account......

BGLC: My one share got rounded up to one post r/s share. The language in the S-1,sure sounded like it should have been rounded up to 100, but also,seemed too good to be true....was definately worth a shot....and part of me feels,half inclined to call my broker to file a dispute....but I doubt that would get me anywhere.

Up to the point of my typing this, my account still is not showing any more BGLC-related activity since my last post. I think I am going to wait for another week, just in case things are still being processed by the transfer agent. If I have not received my 100 round up shares in each account by the end of next week, I will probably message Ameritrade and see if they have any explanation. If I don't get a satisfactory explanation from Ameritrade, I will probably try to contact investor relations at BGLC.

Maybe there is some type of miscommunication between BGLC and its transfer agent. Or the process is just taking longer for whatever reason. But it is pretty clear to me that we are due to receive 100 post-shares. The round up language is very clear, and the SEC declared effective the filing in which that round up language appeared. So I think BGLC and the transfer agent have an obligation to follow through on it.
