I don’t think people understand the magnitude of the last release and the documents that were filed for it.

1) A Form U-1 was filed with this acquisition. Here is the definition of a U-1- https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/sec-form-u-1.asp#:~:text=SEC%20Form%201%2DU%20is,bankruptcy%2C%20or%20sale%20of%20assets.

You don’t see many OTC Companies filing U-1’s as they usually file an 8K. This is obviously with eyes on NASDAQ as there is more information required on a U-1. Here is the link to the filing which was done the day before the press release as required-

2) This relates to the first comment Mike made in the Press release-“ significant milestone in our stated goal of up-listing to a national stock exchange. “ Well filing these forms as required by NASDAQ makes sense.

3) The next sentence talks about the vision and why they acquired it “Together with the management team from ESN and other significant partners, we intend to initiate a program to expand the ESN Group product offering to mass merchant outlets and government agencies who have already expressed interest in the existing and anticipated product line. “ It is obvious why XCRT brought in:

A. Tara Cohen
B. Fabian Urquijo
C. Cathy Scangarella.

They were establishing distribution and customers for these products as well as the HS Pharma patents/products. Expect large retail outlet contracts sooner rather than later. Again connect the dots- “We believe the acquisition will also provide Xcelerate with the industry connections and management talent to further our previously announced goal of developing additional over-the-counter healthcare products based on our existing patent portfolio"

This still has tons of legs and announcements behind it. Mike is VERY STRATEGIC.
