For those with a long term investment in $AVXL it is a little late to start thinking about de-risking now.

If one has taken profit over the years every time $AVXL spiked for irrational reasons and want to go overweight $AVXL the timing now is probably ok. That is of course as long as buying doesn't need to be fireman grade accuracy.
