What’s different is they completed the deals they targeted and are now generating revs.

1. HS Pharma was a DD signing- now it’s closed. They added numerous players in the field and they now have retail relationships with the ESN deal done.

2. ESN- This wasn’t even on the radar back then. Over $2 million in revs and established distribution. Look for more deals for the products with all those top notch players that joined XCRT in the cosmetics/pharmaceutical field.

3. AfiyaSassa- Again not even on the radar the last time this was $.17. This AI is proven. DD shows Ellegala was part of it in beginning. He has HUGE contacts in Africa esp Tansania.

4. Medical drill patent- this is much further along now and the structure Mike has set up will be like a development incubator for medical instruments. Think you see Dr Barry get involved here (oh yea XCRT did not have the Nobel Prize winner back then either.

5. Biggest reason from my perspective is you have seen how Mike did it.- none of the usual tells in stinky pink land- no convertible dent, very little dilution ( look at the ESN deal. Mostly cash- where does that happen in stinky pink land? And 2 million shares. They funded $500,000 on Reg A. All insiders and advisors putting own money in.) and built a GREAT team of advisors. Listen to the interviews. Lean/Mean/No salary company in it to drive value because they only get paid if stock appreciates in value. Same as us.

To me too good to stay on sidelines here but make your own decision.
