What happens is you get a cusip#.

When the company is ready to change the market they list on they will have no problems getting their form 10 and the other one completed. All they need is audited fins and a attorney letter.

Also those shares can still be sold…why are you posting publicly that they are worthless when they clearly are not?
Haven’t you ever heard of private equity??
They give shares of companies out for private equity transactions.

I know you know the difference also.
