Well !!! Jumping in I would say to Crib the the president of Sky is an ex Air Force General and he knows "loose lips,sink ships" To Nano, Me thinks that Al did a hell of a jobe in cleaning up the past paperwork of GNBA, but now seems to have hit a roadblock. GNBA will be disolved into Sky and the holders of GNBA will convert to Sky common shareholders. Nothing wrong with that, when Sky goes public and trades.in the marketplace.. P,S, The 4 company conglomerant playing at GNBA will not happen.
