As ridiculous as this all is, I wasted 10 minutes of my day today trying to remember what the various funding sources are that have been bandied about recently.
This is what I could dredge up:

1. $3 Billion: 8/19/2022 Press Release. "Philux Global Group Inc. has also secured a $US 3 billion equity investment commitment from a Gulf Cooperation Council group and intends to use this source of capital to pay for the acquisition of the TTG majority stake."

2. $1 Billion: 1/17/2022 8K for loan from Al Aqel and Partners Investment LLC

3. $250 Million: 10-Q for quarter ending 12/31/2022 filing. "On February 14, 2023, Tin Thanh Group and the Company signed the fifth amendment to the Stock Transfer Agreement dated August 13, 2022 to extend the Closing Date of this transaction to March 15, 2023, subject to the anticipated closing of a $250 million investment amount with a ultra-high net worth investor group."

4. $200 Million: 1/17/2022 8K for loan from Arab League Investment Group. Is this the one that is waiting for the 'Receiving Bank'?

6. Another $1 Billion?
