here is what you got for your signed release........you released the officers that brought WAMU to bankruptcy from lawsuits and culpability, in return for shares in the new company.... period... your release does not entitle you to any more recovery outside the chapter 11 closure... read the chapter 11 closing document....TITLE TO ALL ASSETS BELONG TO THE BENEFICIARY OF THE TRUST (Grantors Trust with WMI as beneficiary)...old estate holders name is nowhere to be found anywhere on the document to receive money after bk closure....Lodas
