My guess is that Rick isn't the cause either, but there have been 2 other mergers that didn't take place which also makes me think that this ticker and Tad are part of the issue. But you never know and we may not with this one either. I hope it closes, but i would have thought Rick would have wanted to make it clear that it is still in process, that's why i don't get a good feeling about what's going on. If he says what everyone has already been informed, that the merger was in process then that shouldn't be a breach of any sort and he could have said we are still waiting on FINRA, but he didn't and only stated he wished he had answers, which makes me think it is falling apart and that is what i could see him not being able to talk about until the actual PR is released, obviously this is all speculation and i'm reading into the lack of his response and the length of time that has elapsed.
