I'm really sorry to see you've added Investor to your Ignore list. I agree that many of his posts are irritating, and intentionally so, and I don't understand why he even bothers with catdaddy and certain others, where much of the childish attacks occur (in both directions), but he also brings, IMO, very worthwhile points and more knowledge than the great majority of posters here. I liked having a smart, not-WGT person like you around to counter his arguments; that's the kind of back-and-forth I find most interesting and useful on this board.

Analogously, I've reluctantly put George on Ignore, even though I think he provides numerous informative posts; unfortunately, he drowns them in a sea of innumerable pointless-at-best posts. I go to George's posts now when I see others have replied to them positively; and then, if someone has indicated George's particular post was informative, and I agree, I Like that person's post, hoping to alert other board members, who may have George on Ignore, to George's worthwhile post. (Convoluted, eh?)

I might start Liking more of Investor's substantive posts, even ones I don't agree with, hoping it has the similar effect of drawing some people to them. (I suppose I'll be trusted less as a long, but what can a guy do.) I hope you'll still reply to Investor's more interesting posts, should you come across them (especially ones you don't agree with).

I think it's perverse that iHub increased the number of posts by nonpaying members to 30 at the same time that it removed the ban on personal attacks!
