Where to start ?
Read the history of John D Rockefeller . Drive the competition out of business by undercutting them on price . Once your competition is gone , you own the market and can raise prices.
The large generic s ( Hikma etc ) will make the US a lost cause for AMRN . They can afford to run their generic V as a loss leader ...until AMRN drops out of the US market .

Why waste your time selling brand V in the US for $81.65 a mth ( Capts data ) when you can sell it for around $124 a mth ( from memory ...Capts data ) in the UK

You will never compete with the generic companies successfully ( ie make any significant profit ) in the US . You might find some interesting courses on business / micro economics on line .....that can explain this better than I can .
