Reverse Mergers & Low Float Plays

zenvesting...BGLC reverse split and round up......

BGLC is trading post R/S on NASDAQ now, did your shares round up and convert to the new shares as described in the S1?

My share(s) changed to CUSIP# 90628108, but I just bought them on 7/18, so it looks like my settlement date may be after the record date for the consolidation.

Prior to this afternoon, my share(s) were as you described: represented by a CUSIP#.
Ameritrade removed the number and share(s) from my accounts this afternoon and in the history section of my account there is a "mandatory reverse split" entry at 2:16 eastern time today.

I went into this investment figuring my round up shares probably would not be available to me for awhile. Reverse split situations sometimes seem to be a bit of a messy situation (at least that has been my experience with Ameritrade). The round up feature survived the next amendment, and the language is pretty clear that we should receive 100 post-split shares. I have my fingers crossed that there are no problems and I will receive the round up shares at some point (perhaps next week). I am optimistic this play will work out ok (as long as the transfer agent and brokerage don't mess things up).
