Dec 10 2018: Mark Timney is appointed new CEO. Base salary = $600,000 with annual bonus equal to 65% of his base salary based on achievement of annual objectives determined by the board. The Employment Agreement also contemplates Mr. Timney’s agreement to purchase in the open market a number of shares equal to $500,000.
Dec 12 2018: proposes to offer $150 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2024
Dec 13 2018: Alex Denner FORM4 shows a purchase of 819,000 shares for $20.73 and $18.97. Total amount owned = 2,741,000.
Dec 10 2018: Mark Timney FORM4 shows a purchase of 26,863 shares for $18.6, equal to 496K
Dec 21 2018: MDCO share price falls to its minimum price: $17.26. From that date onwards, share price went up until buyout
Nov 23 2019: Novartis announces MDCO acquisition at $85. Sarissa average cost basis: $27
