Unfortunately the Verrazano can’t be added as a sweetener, the tolls are a goldmine! I think they started at 50 cents with the promise to stop collecting once the cost of the bridge was recouped, yea right!!!

With EZPass I don’t keep track of the latest increase but it’s over $17 toll for the privilege of commuting over the only thing that connects Brooklyn to Staten Island and more tolls to get from Staten Island to/from New Jersey! There used to be a discount if you lived in Staten Island but I don’t know if that exists anymore.

So just the Brooklyn bridge is for sale, and if you’re brave enough you can try to initiate a toll
