The big options plan gets priced on Aug 1st close. You cant say there isn't a big incentive to keep the thumb on the scales until then. Just like reporting the earning preview same day as Holt's announcement when the share price was trending up. It didn't have to be done like that, but it was for a reason. Denner has the means to do it and he will.
