1. Now if i told you that it would be improper so i'll just say we will afford it one way or another. Its the most important thing we are doing.
2. Tom has what he has and its no one's business anymore than what you own is ours.
3. No RS I have stated this 100 times.
4. TSOI has nothing to do with those updates as thats between OTCMarkets and the TA. You can certainly write them.

OK tough questions,
1. How are you going to afford Ph 3? Dilution through more convertible notes?
2. Why does Tom have 163M Shares? I know you pay him in shares but $3-5M worth depending on share price? Seems excessive doesn't it?
3. When will RS take place, we all know that this share structure is not destined for the long run
4. Why has it been a month since the SS has been updated with OTC

Just as I thought and arrogant response and now real answers.

1. "we will afford it one way or another" That's not being very transparent if you can't tell shareholders how you are going to pay for something that ultimately affects us. Don't you think we have the right to know?
2. It is a public company so we do have the right to know and it is 100% our business
3. I know you say that but the share structure with an OS of 2.3B clearly is a deterrent for any legitimate institutional investor to get involved with TSOI
4. Yes TSOI has everything to do with making sure the OTC and TA have the right numbers. Investors use those numbers so I'd say you pick up the phone and make a call to get it updated and tell them you want it updated weekly like the other reputable OTC stocks
