Yep...I've been calling him out on taking on more notes for 8+ months. In a week it will be one year since the big chest pumping PR about the Star Funding loan agreement which he said would STOP the need for more toxic note borrowing with it's unlimited credit line.

Subject to the terms of the 2-year Factoring Agreement, Star Funding will continue to provide funding on a transactional basis with no ceiling limit to the amount of funding.

Back in November when Q3 financials came out yet they could NOT check off the box stating they no longer had toxic notes.
