I have access to all of the legal documents filed in the recent lawsuit.. I've read them all.

What is the most surprising and disturbing revelation?? IT's not in the claim by FLoyd, although he has so many pieces of evidence that there is no likely way that Mattyboy and the Granite Bay fraudsters win this,, BUT what our good old friend and gutter note provider GS SECURITIES (aka Gabe Sayegh) has to say in his filing,, that he filed trying to get the TRO cancelled!!

It turns out that Mattyboy has LIED to all of us!!!

According to Gabe Sayegh's affidavit,, Gs Securities has been keeping $INND afloat all these months and is begging the Court to let him keep doing it!

Mattyboy is a LIAR!! He's been selling his death spiral notes all year,, DESPITE saying last year that there will be no more dilution from these types of notes.

There is a secret side deal on the reg A financing!!
