Yes Oil you are correct.

This will never come back.
Every penny stock I have ever seen in this position (.0005 SP, Billions of shares) will eventually R/S.

A 1/500 R/S today will put the SP at a quarter. SP then quickly drops 50-75% within a couple weeks.

Then this thing will be under a dime and will probably follow the same sad trajectory it has for the last 2 years.
Seen this many times with OTC stocks.
The same disaster will occur here
