They do not refute the data. No one can refute the data. This is why it was published. They offer a subjective and biased opinion. So what matters more? Data or someone’s opinion of the data? No need to answer. It’s also sketchy that these “experts” have undisclosed conflicts of interest.

No one is saying the trial was perfectly designed. It was designed ahead of its time before the community knew about things like psPD and immunotherapy. All of that is water under the bridge with the regulators as we now know. It doesn’t matter anymore. The endpoints are acceptable and the vaccine will be approved. I estimate you have until the end of 2023 to try and scare us with this argument after which the facts will shut you up.
