Where do you get this nonsense - "His a simple fact. The shares of SAGA go back to the ENZC share holders so 90% of SAGA shares will be owned by ENZC shareholders." - post your proof that shareholders will receive 90% of the SAGA stock.

This is an insiders enrichment scheme - the most likely scenario is the company keeps 90% of the SAGA stock.

But there still hasn't been a definitive agreement and it is 2 months past when ENZC stated the contract would be signed.

It seems most think it is a done deal and are already counting their money.

The deal is so ridiculous that both the SEC and Nasdaq will take a much closer look - who would be foolish enough to pay $450M for two empty shells.
