There sure are other things. I would never buy a corporation, just its assets and maybe take over some of its debt if necessary for the deal. But why buy the entity itself? That's asking for a lawsuit if someone is out there with a complaint. BZWR should not be a party to that contract unless they actually took it over and were servicing it themselves.

Well, they might not lose. Who knows?

But I was just saying that it is possible that BZWR didn't have the official suit papers. If not, I wouldn't hold up the report at the last minute to say that there's word that a lawsuit might come but we haven't seen the Complaint so don't know what to say about that.
